Returns can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or an incorrect product was delivered.


Exceptions

Items purchased during sales, promotions, or special discount events are not eligible for a full refund.

For these items, we offer a partial refund of 65% of the purchase amount, while you keep the products.
